Tried Make Waves today during football and although I’m not back from injury, I’m still doing a lot of running around (and sweating) but for the first time in YEARS my clothes didn’t stink after 🙌

I served someone at work the other day and they noticed my pronoun pin on my hat. The only reason I know this is that they used them! With no judgement, no prejudice, just acceptance and respect. It made my day and probably even my week 😭
