I know some folks who still play without the bans; between folks like that and speculators, I don't see it going down any time soon.

The draft synergies are pushed but not too pushed, each color pair has some upshot and own feel. Certain commons can snowball a little too much (see @armlx.bsky.social post) for my taste; aggro pushes out control because removal is weaker than normal and landfall only pushes attacking. Solid A-/B+

I would recommend practice on primed dummy cards. A lot of fine touch and brush stroke control are needed. Sometimes twirling the brush as you paint can increase paint transfer. I have been having the same struggles.

No draw on the play, no big deck mulligan, most artifact mana is not legal in DC, most cheap tutor are not legal in DC, and there is a fair shuffler online. All of those go a long way to making people more honest. And yet, your implied message is still correct, RUN MORE LANDS IN EDH/cEDH PEOPLE!
