Have been struggling pretty significantly with my anxiety for the past several months. This weekend has been particularly bad.

Oliver, who typically likes to move around to different beds at night, stayed by my side all night last night. I love him so much.

Finished weaving and sewing a customized collar for Oliver (and a matching keychain for me).

I wove the band on my inkle loom, sewed it onto nylon webbing for strength, and sewed it into a collar.

Oliver is truly the smartest dog I've ever had. He has learned 4 tricks in the past week alone (figure 8s around my legs, walking backwards, weave walking, and pray/meditate)

He started meditate last night. This was earlier today. Since then he's extended his time putting his head down to meditate.
