I think it’s about two things. One, they don’t want to get something wrong. You try being interviewed in your second language on camera. One misunderstanding becomes a big deal.

Second, they know these interview get seen in the home country which they are proudly representing.

Bonus stat:

He was also the first player ever in the statcast era to hit two balls over 117mph on the same game.

Do you think someone else is going to throw six shutout innings with 10ks then hit 3 HR in the same game sometime soon?

Series MVP if we win this game.

I don’t think it was Dave didn’t trust Roki. I think he’s desperately trying to get someone in the bullpen going. Trienen looked good last couple outings & Dave thought he could get him going by giving him the save with the three run lead.

Almost cost us a game. I hope he doesn’t do that again!

Yea, I would take Snell or Yamamoto over Shohei in a single game; but he’s a number one for 2/3 of the league. Glasnow may be the same.

Kind of rough for the Phillies to have to face Shohei, Glasnow and Roki in the same game. Now they need to turn around and see Snell on Monday. 😱

Yea, it’s been a roller coaster for that kid. Tons of hype when he signed. Didn’t pitch great as a starter at the beginning of the year. Then got hurt while the Dodger’s other starters got healthy. So, they didn’t need him to start; threw him
In the pen during rehab and now he’s a nasty closer.

I mean he tried the bullpen all
Year and they led the league in blown saves. I don’t mind him running with Roki and Glasnow.

Clearly the Republicans are the party of free speech. 🤦‍♂️

I know Tesla has a few superchargers in the US that are fully solar powered. So it’s doable.
September 14, 2025 at 4:12 AM
I think once you have 500+ mile batteries plus faster charging (China already has charger that are double the faster US Tesla chargers) range anxiety will decrease.

Most places it won’t be too hard the have chargers every 400 miles or so.

They would need major improvements in solar tech. My understanding is the surface area of a car can not currently capture enough power to be worth using even as a range extender more or less to power the vehicle.

Even if he has to give him a roster spot, Roberts does not have to keep putting him in high leverage situations. What’s wrong with letting him figure it out in the 7th inning of a blowout?

The Tunisian government disputes there was a drone attack.

Beyond that what do all these places have in common? Hamas and Hezbollah use them as bases. And with the exception of Qatar- which has housed the Hamas leadership; have attacked Israel from each of these places.

context matters!

This was a targeted assignation of Hamas leadership. That is the exact opposite of genocide.

You can say what you will about attacking them in Qatar; but tying this to genocide is comical.
September 10, 2025 at 9:00 PM
They do. They also don’t have to give the Hamas leadership safe harbor in their territory. Hamas leadership has lived in Qatar before 10/7 and the invasion of Gaza so it’s hard to say Hamas is there to negotiate.

Why are they allowed to run their terrorist organization from Qatar?

This is the problem with the Supreme Courts Presidential immunity ruling. There are no consequences for Trump doing this; and he knows it.
September 8, 2025 at 11:45 PM
It does? Please show me the other countries that have given aid to the people who started a war with them before they surrendered.

I’ll wait….
