Here is a paper from Elena von Coburg et al -- where they use Cell Painting PLUS (CPP), which uses iterative staining-elution cycles to multiplex fluorescent dyes, improving organelle-specificity and phenotypic diversity.

A recent study by Bradley et al used the "secretome" to identify FGF9 as a key regulator of cellular senescence in human lung fibroblasts. This study marks the first application of “the secretome” to primary human lung fibroblasts.
