The conundrum of our politics is it’s fueled by concentrations of money. Which makes billionaires, corporations, and celebrities more important to politicians than regular Americans.

Science isn’t political. It’s just focused on objective truth through transparency, evidence, and accountability… the very things so many politicians want to avoid.

Grew up in Rome. My family would take weekend trips to picnic out in the countryside, and we’d literally stumble across ancient pottery shards and sculptural fragments, just littered across open fields. You could barely turn over a rock without seeing the hand of an artist from 2000 years ago.
