In Sweden, they're very commonly taken together, especially as part of a doctor's order.

The Python analogy is mostly right. I describe it as "lines-per-gpu-call". The only saving grace is that Python often doesn't have to wait for the kernel to finish, so it mostly does dispatching of the fast code with a few sync points.

Literally: `touch`ing the file is enough, as Cargo only cares about timestamps for dirtying.

I notice a lot of "foo" followed by "foo_bar" etc - is that some tag/data split? It reads almost like each field is a component, which seems unusual :)
