My uncle, a B17 bombardier, was killed in WW2, fighting Nazis and that damned symbol. Hundreds of thousands died fighting it. 6 million people were murdered for it. I’ve been appalled at so much coming from what’s left of our military leadership. Not sure where the bottom is now. 💔

This isn’t a meme but I had to share. This text from my daughter a few years ago popped up in memories just now. MJ is my youngest granddaughter. This series of exchanges with her mom followed a visit of mine, apparently when I was all powerful. 🤣

Not everyone gets the scale of the Great Lakes in general. Especially Lake Superior. This graph shows it well.

I am grateful to Aaron Rupar for recording & documenting trump’s babbling. He’s doing the whole world a kindness by doing this and making sure the information is there for posterity and history. Hopefully for legal reasons too.

Been to several Civil War sites, including Gettysburg. Always emotional. We dragged our girls with us and my daughter recently sent me this. They do admit now that they were glad to have gone and can appreciate the sacrifices of their ancestors. Those trips sparked lifelong interest in history.
