My novel MERU was given to an architecture studio class at U of WA to inspire their final projects. Here’s one student’s interpretation of an alloy, with incredibly detailed drawings of the interior and exterior physiology. I’m amazed and honored by their level of creativity and thoughtfulness!

Today is Long Covid Awareness Day.

4 years ago, the world was in the process of shutting down. Today, most people are living like the pandemic never happened, but for some of us, we still live in a state of shutdown.
