Congrats to Laura Emmett on her success in Alshawaf v. Co-operators. The Insurer succeeded on all issues, including the MIG and non-earner benefits, with the Tribunal criticizing the s. 25 assessors for relying on self-reports over contemporaneous records. #TheSBAWay
