Women over 30 - have you experienced hella hair loss after losing a lil' weight? I had to cut emergency bangs as a result of the literal breakage and bald spots!
Saw a picture of me last April - I've lost 15lbs since as a result of running and generally being active AF - how my hair hath fallen!

And the Mother of the Year award goes to me, for sending my 5 year old to school shoeless on a 20 degree day 🏆🥇 in all fairness, I *am* an awesome mother. If my kid being shoeless for 10 minutes indoors at a school where he's warm, supported and loved is his worst moment of the day, so be it!
