My favorite, though, is admiring Jupiter! I can stare at it endlessly! Everyone, you NEED to go check this out if you can! Tonight all four of the Galilean Moons were visible! 🤩 It was glorious! Tomorrow will be Jupiter Opposition exactly, so the closest it will be to Earth!

Out again this evening studying Orion, until cloud cover chased me back inside. A very complex constellation, a lot going on in it. I love how you can see the colors of the stars so vividly, the garish red of Betelgeuse and the blue diadems of Orion’s Belt!
