funnily in my setting some machines & cybernetics utilize my own form of fictional material called myomium.

since flesh can both be used as
Fuel, motor, Armor or Fat, muscle, skin

like computronium but instead of computation,
myomium is flesh but better.

injected myomium on torn myomium wounds are like less cleanly healed? like a scar/scab.

you can at least use the filled in area as more fuel lol.

fortunately myomium is also fairly great armor and reactive armor.

well its mostly inside her frame. and myomium can be added.

usually in liquid form before its solidified like jello or maybe glue? you can inject it to repair damaged areas
that said its usually better to just switch out a damaged segment if damage is too large.

Indeed she can also play patty cake with two people given each shoulder has their own Left and right pairs of arms
