Follow-up. Flappy developed into a healthy competent juvenile raven and is fully integrated into the large local raven population, living the good life. We occasionally hear a distinctive, lone mumbling raven letting us know he's around, but he never comes close. WE WON!

I love their vocalizations. When they migrate through our desert it is a treat.

We used to watch them while fishing from canoe. They would often perch above fish in cattails and reeds to catch bugs disturbed by the fish. Very nice photos of them doing just that.

Very new to Bluesky. I do enjoy birds. I have been involved in many rescue and release projects. Hawks, Owls and Ravens. I'm particularly involved with Corvids. Don't know how to get added to the contributor list, but would enjoy it. Here's a shot of the current fledge we're working with.
