finished a set of gun blades for my passion project (marine horror metroidvania)

the theme for this cycle is “whaling tools”
Lever Flenser A leviathan gun designed by whalers, used for hacking apart sea beasts. Specialization was sacrificed for reckless cuts. The smooth action is uncompromised, the chamber was extended to support the hefty blade underneath. Easy to use yet punishing to master. Whalers did not strive for elegance as a first intention. Elegance arose naturally from murderous efficiency Percussion Lance A leviathan gun designed by whalers, used for churning prey into bloody pulp. Range was sacrificed for unruly firepower. The barrel was sawn off a long time ago and a long spear haft has replaced the stock. Whalers sought to repel aggressive monsters at close range, the rest was left to long harpoons. Boarding Sickle A leviathan gun designed by whalers, used for pulling monstrous carnage. Firing speed was sacrificed for debilitating thrusts. A scythe blade has been affixed to this single shot rifle, likely for use in gruesome hand-to-hand encounters. The gun serves the needs of its whaler, one shot to start the hunt and one blade to end it.
