Update.
Found all 3 years worth of proof of residency for the house we OWN, and several other pieces.
....
They still said no????? What is even happening?? Even the guy at the counter is confused.
Apparently they've been denying more than they've been approving. Isn't this like.. illegal?

Tried getting my healthcard today. Had all the paperwork and everything ready to go. Was there for over an hour, and walked out without my healthcard because the lady over the phone said I was suspicious...
I've been living here for 6 years. Followed every single rule. And I can't see a doctor..
