Nearly half of government survey respondents believe online fake information
Of respondents who were exposed to false information, 25.5% also said they have spread the information to their families or on social media.

Before WWII, Japanese Americans were only 2% of CA farmers — but they produced:

🥬 73% of snow peas
🍅 50% of tomatoes
🌿 75% of celery
🍓 90% of strawberries

Their success with high-yield, labor-intensive farming created fierce competition — especially with white farmers.

Today marks 83 years since Executive Order 9066 forced over 120,000 Japanese Americans into concentration camps.

Photographer Dorothea Lange was hired by the government to document the forced relocation of these families. She made images of life before, during, and after the camps.
