If you're talking about recording audio, I've personally used rekordbox's record feature.
But if you want to separate audio you could use vb-audio.com/Matrix/

You could double with width of your output to crop in editing software later.

Reading is where my ADHD is strongest in both distraction and hyper-focus. Sometimes I'll read a paragraph start thinking about something else, then forget where I was and restart multiple times 😅

So I'll be honest in that I'll use it like a tool same as a search engine.
Especially for finding unkown unkowns.
Then I'll look at search engine results and documentation.
I don't praise the tool either, I think many overestimate what they are.

I use chatgpt like it's an accomplice being interrogated. Might give you the right clues, might not, but the more you know the easier it is to spot. It also won't yell at me for asking questions.
