After playing with these settings enabled for a few hours, I've noticed an overall performance gain. I was doing "the naughty" and running around busy public worlds with my safety settings off, and was pleasantly surprised at the results.

Ryzen 7 3700x, 32gb RAM, RTX 3070Ti, Virtual Desktop + QPro.
