Is it my imagination or were there not rumours that Hill had a flight booked to ref a European game and he would have missed his flight if extra time had to be played.

I thought Platt would find it difficult to get his place back from McDonald, who had been tremendous before his injury. Now I can't see how either of them are going to displace Ness if he continues playing the way he is.

Their first goal was probably the most disappointing concession of the season for me. Roos punched (badly)what should have been an easy catch and then just stood rooted, miles out of position, whilst the cross came back in. I don't like singling out players, but he has to be replaced.

I was one number out on the half time 50/50 draw. Then closest I've ever been and the prize was about 800 quid. Would have been a small fortune to me back then.

I agree, but it's frustrating when the reason you get some and not others is because the ref is so inconsistent.
