What is this commentary doing in @theguardian.com 's photos of the week piece? It has nothing to do with the photo, whether or not one thinks it iss a story that should be covered seemingly twice as much as the senseless violence that spurred the protest.

Just added Renato to my rep of mute opera roles. Richer journey than Duca, and fewer arias to mime through; more complex than Calaf, but less posturing. Nothing will beat Calixto's Carmen for range and physicality, or chasing Katharina Konradi as Camille, but it's always a joy to be inside the work.
