Results of the started yesterday baking. Brioche didn't want to get out of bowl shape and the King Arthur book is lacking on shaping instructions, but it rose, and tastes great. I used the spliting and baking temps and time from their version online and forgot the egg wash.

TI-99/4. This was our gaming console before even Atari was around. Had a bunch of learning games on it, and could play some Atari games on it, and one or two on floppy

The baby quail, 9 of 10 survived, out of 13 in the incubator (excellent rate), have now largely feathered wings and can jump as high as the top of their brooder crate. #coturnixquail

We have about a 50% hatch rate so far this morning, which is excellent! There were only two when I woke up, and now there are six!
