I'm so excited to announce a second book coming in 2025! I've been keeping it under wraps, but The Summer of Starting Over (May 2025) starts the Big Dune Island series, and If I'd Have Known (Sept 2025) will be the second book in the series. 💞 #romancelandia #romancebook
Spent the morning adding a new Master Timeline to my spreadsheet for my Big Dune Island series. There's also a Character Database and Location Database to keep track of everyone/everything I mention. Then each book has its own timeline where I track each chapter/scene. 🤯

If I get a review I don't love, I go read reviews for my fav books and remind myself that some people disliked those. You're never going to put work out into the world that gets no negative reviews. #romancelandia

One big thing that has changed now that I've written four books for publication is that I write my first draft straight through without going back and reading anything. I have a running list of problems/fixes I want to implement with the second draft, but I wait until then. #romancelandia

Yesterday, I hated my WIP. I was stuck on a scene and feeling like one character was not developing how I wanted. I walked away and came back to it today and figured out exactly how to fix the scene. Sometimes you just have to step away, even if you haven't hit your wordcount. #romancelandia

This book is living rent free in my head since finishing it last week! Absolutely perfect! There's one line that was SO swoony that I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and read or listen to this one. I did the audiobook and loved the narrator.

My new release coming out in April has a singer as the female main character, and I worked with a singer-songwriter on a song she writes throughout the book. Then she actually recorded the song! Working on some fun marketing plans with it now.🎶 #romancelandia
