You could achieve the same with a uuid of a context that you can push with every event and combine with a 'newContext' event to populate the data. This would avoid the requirement for strict event ordering

Girocard from Germany already exists. The problem, as with everything, is adoption. Everyone has a visa or mastercard card. Coordinating with banks across Europe to adopt a new payment scheme is a monumental task.
