On top of knowing that Universal healthcare is both cheaper for the country AND more effective than what the US has now. The only thing that's making it a problem is the endless amount of propaganda against it that muddies the waters.

But the problem still is that a large amount of people just DON'T have access to healthcare, full stop. It's not about something big like cancer or surgery, a lot can't afford basic visits
