Another vote for Riga - I went a couple of weeks ago, loved it, and plan to go back to see it in summer. The KGB museum is a must, I also did a great value shooting range session, went to the Latvian National Art Gallery, found the indie food market and enjoyed the bar scene. Perfect city break.
