Such rules already exist (IPI) or are proposed (CMA) and it's an exclusive EU competency (see Kolin, Qingdao, Singapore FTA decisions), why would the legal basis be lacking?

That seems a little mean. :/ I'm not American, so I am unsure what this tastes like and if I'm finding the right recipes - in particular because the word is used differently by different people, so google links to English scones a lot. Any basic recipe would help, I can work on perfecting it myself.
