I really care about you guys and I don’t want you all to spiral down a rabbit hole of fear mongering and despair *hugs everyone who is feeling mental pain* and know that if your black, Mexican, gay, trans, or queer, your valid, your feelings are valid, and your mental health is valid

The point is that twitter is not good mental health wise in the political section, so if your suffering from mental pain for the sake of your own mental health, step back and away from politics, it only will cause more mental pain

The second and final part is staying away from Twitter, same reason because it’s always full of violent rhetoric from republicans, Racists, transphobia, and homophobia, though what I find funny is it’s kinda more used for porn lol, but that’s not the point

And if your FY page is full of political content for the sake of your mental health abandon that account and create a new one to start fresh please, it's not worth the mental pain and it certainly is not good if your already struggling with mental health problems

Reason being is because all that stuff is fear mongering and over exaggeration and it hasn’t been well for my mental health and i doubt it does well for anyone else’s mental health, im not saying stop watching tik tok entirely just stay away from political content

apologies for the political rant, oh and one more thing, no matter who you are, gay, Trans, Queer, Black, or Mexican, know that you are valid, your feelings are valid, and you belong
