For teacher appreciation week, I made from scratch sourdough cinnamon rolls. Instead of cream cheese I used labne for the icing and lemme tell you, that was a game changer!

I laugh and hand him another. Without hesitation he says:

We journeyed to meet Brighid and were gifted tools to help us through these trying times.

Blessed Imbolc. We tied ribbons on our budding nectarine tree and made wishes for this year. We lit candles, as I said a prayer and sang a song. All I feel I can truly hope for is hope itself.
