Not my week... I woke up to a puncture yesterday, then I lost a fence panel & several slates to the wind. Today I've gone to inflate my tyre in the hopes of limping to the local fitter to get it changed, and the lock on my front door isn't locking

It's been a few months since I sat and did any painting, but tonight I thought I'd finish off the model I undercoated over the Christmas break (yeah... I'm famously bad at sticking to hobbies). Not my best work ever, but I wouldn't be too embarrassed to have him on the table if I used him in a game

Well that was the most surprising #Eurovision results I've seen in a while. Our entry was by far the worst of the night, just dull, boring, pop dross with no saving graces, and we still managed to score some points, we even got a 12.

Recently I've painted this funky little goblin sharman and off-brand Gandalf. The wizard is by Ral Partha and I've got to say that I'm absolutely loving their sculpts. I've got a couple more of their Chaos Dwarves waiting to be under coated and I'm looking forward to seeing how they turn out.

I also finished painting my next miniature, I went a little over the top with the shade, I'm not convinced that I like how it turned out. I've also just realised that this is supposed to be a Gargoyle, I really should look at the character descriptions before painting them.

I've been using up my last few days of annual leave for this year, yesterday I took the chance to visit a local nature reserve and take a few photos. Other than other people doing shit people things, it was a lovely morning out

I watched a YouTube video on beginner advice for miniature painting and one of the core elements covered was to keep painting and you'll naturally get better... This is my tenth miniature and I think I might have actually gotten worse at it
