Yes. They definitely can. They’d deny him communion first, though.

“We’re excited about how Pierce will spread the defense and open space up for Garrett. We want to give Dante a chance to thrive this year.” - Glenn, months before the Jets get 4 wins and he’s fired.

Any prediction on the historically bad franchise that will do this? The Jets, right?

I took this exact class, “Bible as Literature,” in my public high school junior year. Taught by an atheist and literature enthusiast from a secular perspective. A big bulk of it was looking at biblical themes in modern American literature and comparing biblical stories with those themes to Am lit.

I snagged Loveland. Parkinson is out there too. Any leanings there?

What about Hunter Henry? I hate that Kittle is Sunday night. Have to go Henry over waiting on Kittle right?

Yeah. Saw there’s a deal. But no production details.

But how does @adamgurri.liberalcurrents.com go about killing stories he finds inconvenient? I’m looking for the news room that does this in the clumsiest manner possible. Extra points if the CYA statement is cravenly dishonest, in the most condescending way possible.

Ah. You meant take risks in the academic work. Not, like, sell your house and live on someone’s couch while you write a book type of risk.
December 19, 2025 at 6:16 PM
What are the specific risks you believe need taking?
December 19, 2025 at 5:36 PM
Yeah. Is his opinion on Maduro based on extensive personal experience with him?

Now imagine Drake Maye with a competent OL. The Pats offseason path seems very specific and obvious.

This is how we connect! This is romance!

No joke, Denny, this exact scene played out in my house about a half hour ago, but I was laying on my bed and my wife was walking into the other room to play with the kids.

Nah. Zach’s cool. I have fun following him and he’s always been kind and helpful.

Only because I follow someone on Bluesky who puts together stats that teach me ball.
November 10, 2025 at 3:23 AM
On the positive side, if I’m holding on Josh Allen and Drake Maye in a superflex keeper league with 5 keepers no penalties, I’m feeling pretty good, huh?
November 10, 2025 at 3:21 AM
Yeah. He did a great job. You all did. What a win, man. Thanks for helping narrate it!
November 2, 2025 at 4:13 PM
Looking forward to it either way!

Will you be writing the recap for tomorrow on BP? If so, I can’t wait. That was the most magical baseball game I’ve ever watched. Feel for the Jays fans right now. They played an incredible series. Hope to read your write up tomorrow!
