I don’t see the relationship can be salvaged in the long run. Even if there is a Democratic administration in four years, they can’t just undo the damage. The Republicans won’t ever go back to normalcy since they’ve seen what wins elections.

I viewed Obama’s economy as somewhat slow but very solid and sustainable. Great when managing debt. Biden’s was obviously influenced by Covid.
