It’s important to be reminded of how small and fragile we… wait, what?

Nosferatu (2024). My thoughts on the remake of a retelling of Stoker’s original novel Dracula… this year’s Christmas classic?

As what I suspect is a fellow author of werewolf fiction (or am I wrong?) congrats, awesome character art is huge. When I finally got the cover art for my first book it really brought everything together.

Book launch day. Do the thing!

It’s probably the greatest work of English literature in the last 500 years…so.

A great quote by @brennanleemulligan.bsky.social about why we tell stories… well, one good reason anyway.

Repost with a photo of (one of) your favorite villain(s).

(I have a real problem picking favorites)

As a veteran, thanks for all the kind words and appreciation today. Respectfully though, that’s not what today is for. If I’m here to receive that appreciation, it isn’t my day. Thanks for giving it, but thanks especially to the ones who gave everything they had.

An old favorite. Probably because it helps me convince myself that there’s more to what I do as a writer than pure escapism. Some days I even believe it.

Hunger Games - The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.

Overall better than I expected.

Non-Spoiler Spoiler: A bunch of kids die and a bunch of rich assholes suck.

34 years ago today, the world was saved from the brink of war by two great men! Take a moment to give thanks today to David Hasselhoff and Sylvester Stallone. Not since Flash Gordon have we had heroes like you who stepped up to… save every one of us. Suck it, Berlin Wall.

The Creator could have been so much better if the writing was half as good as the visuals.

The best scary movie of 2023? I can’t argue. Really. And I LOVE to argue. It’s just damn good. So good that I have a hard time getting my head around the fact that this is the first film of the Philippous.
