I think if you just follow the story, and ignore the sidequests, then yeah, I'd be inclined to agree. All of the story beats, and main dungeons/areas/towns/etc are pretty great.

At least Temple Of The Ancients is significant to the plot, as drawn-out as it is.

The whole Remake series seems to have a habit of making sections you didn't enjoy in the original game, much more drawn-out this time around. I didn't want nor need several hours of the Train Graveyard, and I certainly didn't need 4-5 hours worth of Temple Of The Ancients either.

If I commissioned somebody to create a piece of art for me, that would make /them/ the artist for that piece, not I. No matter how much detail I provide in my request, /they/ are still the artist.

You can't bully "AI artists", there are none. They're just asking for art. They're not the artist.

It's always rough at the start, because it's easy to feel like you're only the sum of whatever brought you to the point of wanting to change things.

I don't think that's just on you. I find that more and more, people are as bad at sending signals as they are receiving them.

People just need to get better at being candid and honest with one another.

I used to care so much that a lot of the characters weren't official game characters, but in a world where every other piece of media belongs to a multiverse, or is an offshoot or spin-off of some sort... it's kind of hard to be angry at it for that reason.

I had a go of the UK version earlier this week too! The fries and nuggets were actually quite good, but I was really disappointed by the burger. It was very... bland.

Pretty much! The whole fandom operates on the premise that we're something else, with a different name, and we interact almost entirely with one another on that premise. I have no issue seeing a furry in real life, and referring to them by say, their species. It just happens effortlessly.
