Very interesting result in Sri Lanka! Dissanayake's mandate only grows by getting 62% of the vote.
But don't expect the party's pro-China stance to take the island for a repeat of Hambantota.
The party itself is moderating it's stance on India and reaching common governance objectives with Delhi

This result probably has Dhaka, Kyiv, and Taipei all planning contingencies.

Tel Aviv and Moscow happy that their gambles paid off

and leaving Delhi and Beijing more unsure and nervous than they probably know what to do with.
