Believe it or not, malnutrition & vitamin deficiencies are quite common in Alaska due to how absolutely 🚮 our food network is. An insufficient diet due to lack of access to food of sufficient quality & quantity is of the highest relevance to the health of Alaskans & cannot continue to be neglected.

Try finding "more pressing" needs when food imports stop coming & you & your kids are going hungry all cuz some idiots refuse to allow Alaska to meet one of the most basic survival needs of those who live here... relying on food imports is not sustainable or safe, & kids cant learn if theyre hungry.

If theyre so concerned abt the well-being of alaskans, why dont they make sure rent is actually affordable for alaskan citizens? That would be a logical 1st step for a safe and healthy alaskan community. Just keeping everyone on medicaid means nothing w/o access to housing, too.
