Also kids should have a say. Gender affirming care in a medical sense isn’t given to kids until they have had persistent, and consistent need to transition. They live as the gender for a while and work with therapists before getting medicine. Trans healthcare is ridiculously difficult to get.

Where’d you get that info? It’s the kids who insist on transitioning, they receive therapy and it’s a decision between the parents and the doctor as to how to proceed.
