How hard is it to understand?

The more we use up the world’s limited resources,
the closer we are to complete extinction.

There is no such thing as unlimited resources.

I’ve been quiet.
Listening.
So much noise.
But in order to weed out the unnecessary,
sometimes, maybe all the time,
stillness is the answer.
Feeling the breeze,
seeing how the weeds sway,
we need answers,
but first,
we must tend to our own inner gardens.

The stories we each carry contain so much power to change, move, inspire, and expand others’ hearts.

When the right time comes, I hope we find the space and courage to share these stories with others.

The unexpected always catches you off guard,
but what you do with it at that moment,
can change the course of a lifetime.

We gain the knowledge that life itself is a container for all of our life experiences — past, present, and future,
and any emptiness is filled with the experiences we have encountered in between lifetimes.

Breathe.
You are here.
You are everywhere.

Quiet power = living in alignment with our beliefs and putting these beliefs into action in our everyday lives.

We don’t need to shout in order to make a statement or change lives. Living our truth is enough to move hearts.
