Anything that was related to the right arm went into the Arms_R, and vice versa. I'm quite happy with the result.
The only thing I need to fix now is the in between the biceps and the forearm. The gap is too visible and needs to look better. But I am happy with this progress.

Today I arranged my Live2D model parts in order a bit more.
I had an issue where the arms weren't overlapping properly, so the hands were clipping into the arms and such.
The way I went about to fix it was the following:
Move all the related arm parts into Arm L and Arm R folders.
