This is great! Sometimes it’s the simplest things that provide the most value. My favorite is a raycast script that “types” whatever is on my clipboard as an emulated keyboard. I have some Windows VMs I remote into that don’t let me paste my pass on the lock screen, this gets around it.

BetterHelp may be scummy, but the right therapist at the right time is an amazing resource. Lots of people would benefit from talking to a legit psychologist regularly.

It can vary wildly depending on the therapist (so this is not a reflection on your wife at all!), but BetterHelp has a history of questionable practices. Lots of anecdotal experiences online.
