Or the driver didn't follow the route. In any case, the driver should have known the height of the load and been watching for posted clearance heights at overpasses.

Not exactly. You declare your dimensions and the state gives you a permitted route to follow. Weigh Stations just check the weights and paperwork unless they decide to do a full inspection. Either the state gave a bad route or the load was taller than what was reported to the state for the permit.

Leucovorin=High Dose Folinic Acid; need good research done on it. I've read the paper for the study, a few dozen children given very high doses. Autism can't keep being treated like a childhood disease. Low dose folinic acid supps have done more for my QoL than anything else. Cleared the brain fog.

My parents got their used cars and drove them into the ground. They had a mortgage and two kids to take care of. Sometimes we didn't have a working car. They paid for gas because public transport wasn't an option. They worked their asses off for us but $400 was a lot when I could just wait until 18.

Well, that's something. I don't think my family would have qualified as low income, but the $400 it was going to cost was still too high for us. Guess we'll see. I think this will just be another barrier to employment for the young.

I don't suppose they're doing anything to make drivers ed more affordable? I waited until I was 18 to get my license because it cost hundreds of dollars we didn't have, and that was over a decade ago. Increasing the requirements will just make it even more expensive. Need to put it back in the HS.

I retract my previous if you saw it. Got dropped into the thread on your second post and didn't know I had to scroll up to see the original context. Looked like you were saying Ukrainians weren't being mistreated just in general, rather than specifically by American policy. Apologies.

I'd pay a human to run most of my life, not machines or tech companies. 30 yrs with undiagnosed disorders can make you damned tired of trying when it doesn't lead to much. Wish we had a non-military national service I could join so someone would just tell me where to go and what to do for money.

It's definitely a thing, just only in the more unserious part of the Pro2A internet. The sort of people who wear floral print shirts under their plate carriers and touch themselves while thinking of a civil war. This is the WH dorks trying/failing to use rightwing memes in a mainstream context.

It can seem expensive in opportunity cost. Savings accounts don't do what they did for Boomers/Xers. EFTs were beating 5yr CDs, let alone crypto v. savings accounts, when I was playing around with Robinhood/Crypto. Better/safer/cheaper options don't come w/ a lotto chance of "escaping the grind."
