I'm in the same boat, but I screwed myself over because I've got a lot of different experiences working at a lot of different places but never stayed if I hated it; so new jobs see that and it's definitely a red flag.

It’s not because they’re being manipulated or coerced. It’s because they’ve genuinely taken the time to get to know these people, to see their worth beyond your petty narratives. They enjoy their company and refuse to be driven away by rumors or threats.
