I just dont understand why the Supreme Court ruled t jis way. There is no harm to the government if people put the the gender they identify as, but there is a lot of harm to the person who will be outed.

Even if there is a valid gop replacement plan, it takes time to implement. So why not just extend ACA until its ready to go live?
