My flight anxiety is bad and I went to my primary doctor and got some Valium last time I flew. I also had a late flight but made sure I got up at 6am and worked all day so I was physically tired and then the meds helped the mental side.

I needed to see this pic today! I just bought concert tickets and I haven't gone to any large event in many years. I started panicking about the crowds and such cause well ya know! Thanks for sharing and have a blast!!!
