It is a dangerous move towards authoritarianism.

Mr. President: Instead of stealing Greenland from Denmark, I have a better idea.
 
In Denmark, everyone is guaranteed health care, college education is free, parents receive 1-year of paid paternity leave & workers don’t make less than $22 an hour. 

Let's steal those ideas.

i'm eating bird seed
cuz it's better than
what the stores are sellin
i'm hoping against hope
things'll be okay
but there's just no tellin.

i'm writing poems
going eighty
is it me or the world
that's gone crazy?

i'm raising my kid
all wrong
cuz i'm teachin him to sing

i be blogging again. pardon my rust. it's been awhile since i've done any longform writing, but i'd like to flex those muscles once more.

poetry was and continues to be my lifeblood, but i miss the early days of borderline humiliation.

i want to overshare.

i want you to know how i feel.

so idk bluesky. i just know fuck nazis. i'm not gonna let billionaire cretins prevent me from sharing my work. i will continue making zines, going to zinefests, living my life.

i can't stomach my poems and drawings, little candle-sized torches against the world's evil, to live under meta's reach.
