If the Department of Education is gutted as anticipated and everything moves to the states, it will really depend on what the state values. I would anticipate some states will decrease their per pupil funding for students with disabilities, perhaps for ESL programs and other Title 1 programming.

You may want to check out Woke Homeschooling. They have curricula for k-2, 3-7, and higher. They combine books with activities and journaling. I am just starting to use it with some of my students and loving it.
