Just saw that Pop!_OS is the distributor 🤪😅

Mainly because it's intimidating 😆 I have only just recently repaired the main PC do I now have two which makes me feel a bit more comfortable messing about instead of just committing, I am not the most tech savvy person 🫣 Oohh, I'll have a look into that! What Linux distributor is that for?

I think it should work, I haven't actually used Maya and Blender together, Maya I haven't used in years tbh but both can import/export fbx and have relative filepath so it should work, glb should work otherwise. I am currently working in Unreal engine and Blender so I go for fbx 😄

I have messed around with it a bit on my Steamdeck but not nearly enough as I would've dared so I am really excited! 😍

I have wanted to get into Linux for a long time now but since I am a 3D artist I am hesitant to go all in with my main PC (which already has windows 11) so I want to try it out on my old PC and mess around with it. Just to see what works and what doesn't and see how I like it 😁

Also maybe mess around with my old samsung phone to see if I would like another OS, I am going down a bit of a rabbit hole here hahaa
