Hepatic Encephalopathy is a thing though, particularly after surgeries where I was on heavy meds. Lactulose is a life saver in this case.

Hope you're feeling better. For future reference, in going to ER, you need to have a fever of 102F (39C) for more than 24 hours or immediately if you're at or over 104F (40C).

Save your money and take Tylenol for your fever if it's under 102F.
