For adults, yes. We had enteroids from all segments of the small intestine from one donor, and see a reduction in replication in the duodenum, jejunum and ileum.

Thank you! Yes we assessed the FUT2 status of all lines used in the study and all lines, including the infant donors were secretors. We tested duodenal and jejunal lines but the duodenal lines came from children that are 2-5 yrs of age while the jejunal lines are from babies younger than 6 months
