Delightfully chaotic. When did we decide governing was always supposed to look so serious and po-faced?

I mean wasn't this always obvious from the time Mandelson was announced? Not a fan but knowing they were about to have to deal with resurgent Trump, taking this gamble in a 'Britain first' spirit garnered praise from a whole range of the people now gunning to implode the govt. Hypocrisy much...

My god. It's hopeless expecting him to listen to himself, but literally no one around him thinks there's anything discordant here? Anything maybe a bit incompatible with the whole hyper-christianity mantle? [Of course not - it's just incredible they get away with this now]

Govt gambled that Mandelson was on the inside with some of the Trump coterie and might be better placed to help out with trade etc and Trump rides roughshod over women. I can see how on paper that might have looked sensible given the situation, but still a very big, rickety gamble.

I sometimes joke if making a nice brunch at the weekend that we're having the £17.25 special. But actually need to inflate my prices a bit I guess.

So not only 'if we say you didn't see it, you didn't see it' but now 'anyone reporting on what you didn't see is now fair game as well, especially if we can paint them as instigators'. Way beyond the looking glass.

Dumb? No way - you're Cassandra. But much funnier. 😀

The epitome of performative macho special pleading is hardly going to de-escalate. How can they call off the mid-terms if they don't rile people properly into rioting so they can claim the 'dissidents' brought it on themselves? They're the radicalised ones. Arrogance and petulance.

I probably think about measuring out my life in coffee spoons at least a couple times a week. The best.

At the price of cinema tickets, why are they even releasing it in the UK at all? Bonkers.

So the old adage of not putting all your eggs in one basket doesn't pertain to national infrastructure, citizens data, the big tech companies and billionaire nuts? Fine, fine.
